How do I book you to perform my wedding in Morocco?
Please send an email or complete the booking form.
We are planning to have our wedding ceremony somewhere else in Morocco – maybe in the Atlas Mountains or on the beach near Agadir – is it possible?
Yes! I’m based in Marrakech but am happy to travel anywhere in Morocco to perform your ceremony. You will just need to cover the cost of my travel from Marrakech.
Will my guests know it’s not a ‘real’ wedding?
Only if you tell them.
Having a wedding in Marrakech is already something unusual, but the format of the ceremony closely follows that of a regular wedding ceremony so you and all your guests will definitely feel they are at a real wedding.
Can I write and say my own vows?
Yes. Personal vows are often the highlight of a wedding ceremony as they are declarations of love, made in public!
Can I have readings?
Yes. I recommend them! One or two, usually a maximum of three, is a great way to involve your close friends and family in your wedding ceremony.
Can I have music?
Yes, you’ll need to arrange this, but absolutely, you can have musicians and/or a singer perform during the ceremony.
Where can I have my Marrakech wedding?
There are many stunning locations for a memorable wedding ceremony in Marrakech. If you’re working with a wedding planner in Marrakech (I heartily recommend it) they will be happy to discuss your budget and show you all the options.
Is a wedding in Marrakech legally binding?
No it is not – you will need to take care of the legal part beforehand in your home country.
How many weddings have you officiated?
I have officiated at over 60 weddings and several vow renewal ceremonies since 2011, the majority at gorgeous locations such as Kasbah Bab Ourika, La Mamounia, Beldi Country Club, La Pause, Jnane Tamsna, Hotel Selman, Royal Palm, Palais Paysan, Riad El Fenn, La Maison Arabe Country Club and Dar Zaman.
